Jogging And Walking Both Provides Same Benefits

It is said that “Jogging is other natural step form walking”. Jogging is a best form as compare to running at slow or relaxing speed with the motto to increase fitness, fortitude, and caloric reduction. Jogging little different from walking and can be done anywhere, with group or without group. It is beneficial for our health in many ways;

As per the research it is found that walking is provides fewer benefits as compare to jogging, as in walking the foots are always in contact with ground thus jogging is more beneficial for health. Therefore jogging is a higher impact exercise which gibes more strain on the body and more probably at the joints of the knee.  Thus this impact can actually be great thing as this activity is a weight bearing activity which helps to boost the bone density and reduce the chances of osteoporosis which is more commonly found in women.
The big benefits of jogging over walking is that you can cover the same distance in a smaller time and the disadvantage is this can also result to injuries as compare to walking and mostly in older people. So in order to avoid injury you must wear proper shoes and prepare through stretching.

Jogging and Running, like walking, which includes rhythmic, forward activity of the legs are focus on the large lower muscles   of the body such as the hip flexors, gluteus maximus, quadriceps, and hamstrings. Helping those muscle tissue are the gastrocnemius and the anterior tibialis.

The less apparent, yet it is essential that muscles are your hip abductors and hip adductors, which are accountable for stabilizing the waist and legs in general. The chest muscles are also definitely involved to keep your chest hard as your hands move normally with your pace. Because of the level of effect associated with both jogging and Running, proper positioning of the chest is critical in limiting stress to the joint parts and low back. Imagine and create a high straight place of your chest, maintaining your abdominal muscle   involved throughout your jog. Maintain a strong higher posture place by maintaining shoulders down, creating lots of distance between your shoulders and ears to avoid holding your arms too high.

 While jogging it is essential for you to transfer your weight easily from one foot to another. You should avoid jumping to high into air and also avoid landing on your heel as it is totally waste of energy and also increase the risk of injury which decrease the benefit of exercise.
